Kazuhiro Ito, the owner of the restaurant, has a 30-year career in Japanese cuisine. After training at a ryotei restaurant in Kyoto, he became independent about 19 years ago and settled in his current location in 2021.
市場に足を運んで天然のみを仕入れる魚を使った料理が自慢。「喫茶店のモーニングのように朝から気軽に利用して欲しい」と、職人技が活きた料理を提供する。物価高騰のため、値上げという心苦しい決断をしながらも、お料理を楽しんでもらいたいという想いで日々料理を作っている。
