This self-taught store was opened by Takayuki Miyakoshi, aka Tama-chan, a gardener who has been searching for popular bakeries in the areas he visits to tend to his garden, and has been eating his way through the bread shops.

With a sign that reads "gubbe" (meaning "uncle" in Swedish), the bakery offers handmade breads in a DIY space.
