His love of Indian food led him to quit his job as a salaried worker and try his hand at renting curry rooms. Based on his experience in India, where he went twice a year, Masahiro Nishida opened an actual restaurant, and together with Indian chef Karan Bishit, whom he has known for 10 years, they aim to create an Indian restaurant that is not a "curry shop" at all. In the evening, you can enjoy omakase courses, pairing tandoor dishes and spicy entrées with craft beers, and in the afternoon, you can enjoy Indian curries as part of a special set meal, of course.
