2026年3月10日（火）〜22日（日）の期間、［ジェイアール京都伊勢丹］（京都府京都市下京区）で『春のおいしい北海道展』が開催される。今回は、いちごやさくらの素材を使用した春らしい色合いのスイーツが多数登場。イートインコーナーでは、スープが特徴の進化系札幌ラーメンをはじめ、初出店となる赤肉メロンを使用したパフェや牧場ソフトクリームの食べ比べを楽しむことができる。他にも、ジューシーな肉料理やボリュームたっぷりの海鮮弁当など、全54ブランド・約800アイテムが集結するので、春の訪れを感じる北海道グルメを堪能して。
