2026年1月25日（日）、2月14日（土）、3月20日（金・祝）の3日間［旧三井家下鴨別邸］（京都府京都市左京区）で『静謐（せいひつ）な京都別邸YOGA』が開催される。ヨガ経験者はもちろん初心者も大歓迎の同イベントは、男女問わず参加OK。レンタルヨガマットがセットになっているため、手ぶらで楽しむことができる点がポイントだ。朝活にもぴったりのイベントで心も体も整えて。
