［GOOD NATURE STATION proposes "GOOD NATURE," a new lifestyle that incorporates healthy and good things in a personalized way while having fun.
It is a commercial complex with different attractions on each floor: a market and restaurant selling fresh food and wine on the 1st floor, premium gastronomy on the 2nd floor, beauty and café on the 3rd floor, and a café/restaurant bar with a courtyard on the 4th floor.

We first went to Hyssop, a cafe-restaurant and bar on the 4th floor. We had an herbal lunch in the open-air courtyard that can be viewed from inside the restaurant.
Herbal Hachisun, which was inspired by the traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine, is a visually beautiful dish with six kinds of appetizers, seven kinds of herbs that resemble a forest, and flowers. The dish is a delight to eat with multinational flavors that stimulate the taste buds, such as grilled and soaked wild vegetables scented with broth, wolfberry, marigold, and carrot rapé incorporating Chinese herbs, and mugwort-scented dosa. Eating them is like purifying your body and mind!

I found a new series of booster oil, Booster Oil Smooth, and tried it out right away!

Next door is KA SO KE KI, which sells Japanese crafts and holistic ware, including ceramics, small fabric items, paper goods, and other traditional Japanese crafts and sundries carefully selected by the staff.

I was tired of shopping and wanted something sweet, so I went to Sweets Lab Brand [on the 3rd floor].RAUlau(CAFE)] to spend a blissful moment.
The tarte chocolat, available only at the cafe, will make you smile with the melt-in-your-mouth melting of the chocolate mousse and soufflé chocolat made with bean to bar chocolate. The savory flavor of the monaca used as the base and the mellow aroma of the chocolate are a perfect match. The addition of the sweet and sour raspberry and yuzu sauces will keep you refreshed until the end.

I got myself a treat of "Nami-Nami", a tuile sandwich that caught my attention at the showcase in the store!

On the 1st floor [MARKET], you will find vegetables from carefully selected producers mainly in Kyoto, seasonings and dressings from the original food brand "SIZEN TO OZEN," carefully selected foods from all over Japan, and other body-friendly foods that show the faces of their producers.
You can self-taste 16 different types of natural wines, both red and white, that are available for sale, which is useful for finding your own favorite or selecting a bottle as a souvenir.
