京都にある酒蔵が、蔵の垣根を超えて誕生した⽇本酒ブランド「Assemblage Club（アッサンブラージュクラブ）」シリーズから、新商品『KASUMI-柑澄-』が登場。
Assemblage Clubシリーズは、酒どころ・京都の酒蔵が造る日本酒を混ぜ合わせてできるブレンド日本酒。
［増⽥德兵衞商店］［北川本家］［松井酒造］の銘柄から厳選してブレンドした『KASUMI-柑澄-』は、甘酸っぱさを持たせつつも、ライトでニュートラルな味わいが特徴だ。
さまざまな料理とも合わせやすく、食中酒としておすすめだが、そのまま楽しんでもブレンド日本酒ならではの奥行きを感じさせる1本となっている。販売はAssemblage Clubの公式オンラインストアなどで取り扱う。
