HAY's table, which operates the popular Chinese restaurant CHINA TONGUE as well as Ye China Tongue, has opened a new wine and French cuisine restaurant, VOUS (Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture). In the natural atmosphere of the restaurant facing Oike Dori, customers can enjoy wines carefully selected by Yuko Sogo, a sommelier with many years of experience, along with cured ham, cheese, bread, and other items.

The wine is priced in the following style: the first glass is 1100 yen, the second is 1000 yen, and the third and subsequent glasses are 800 yen. Also, the cured ham is sold by weight and can be ordered by the gram. All of the dishes are well seasoned and are sure to be a hit with alcohol. Morning meals are also offered on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only. Enjoy a luxurious wine and meal on holiday mornings.
