細川護熙氏が手掛けた雲龍図全92面が［龍安寺］に完納
元首相の細川護煕氏が制作した雲龍図が、この度［龍安寺］（京都府京都市右京区）に完納された。
政界引退後、芸術家として活動している細川氏は［龍安寺］を創建した細川勝元と遠縁の関係にある一族の出身。2019年から制作に着手し、2022年には勝元公没後550年の節目を記念して40面を奉納。今回はその続きとして52面が加わり、全92面の大作が完成した。前回の龍の誕生から老いまでを描いた構成に加え、雲や波、岩が力強く描かれ、空間全体に広がりと躍動感をもたらしている。歴史と美が重なる空間で、現代の水墨画に触れる日を心待ちにしたい。
