The store is run by food creator and photographer Konatsu Marumoto. She ran Blister Coffee from the time she was a university student until the fall of 2022, when it was closed for various reasons and reopened as Float in April 2023. Cheesecakes, raisin butter sandwiches, and other baked goods, as well as the monthly parfait that started in August, have become so popular that reservations are already difficult.

Chestnut parfait for October only: 1,800 yen. Parfait will be discontinued in October, and the menu will be changed to a plate of baked sweets and other sweets from November.

Marumoto's goal is to create a parfait that you will never get tired of and will enjoy every bite. The adult, rich marron cream with a hint of rum, chai-flavored granola, vanilla ice cream, and pear compote lurking at the bottom refresh you. The bittersweet caramel mousse is also an accent. There are 5 servings available, but reservations are recommended.
