豊臣秀吉ゆかりの［高台寺］で再建客殿の襖絵を先行公開！
2026年3月4日（水）まで、豊臣秀吉と正室・北政所（ねね）の寺として知られる［高台寺］（京都府京都市東山区）で、文化財の特別公開を実施中。観光キャンペーン『第60回 京の冬の旅』の一環で行われているもので、2026年夏頃に再建予定の客殿を彩る襖絵を、完成に先駆けて本堂にて公開する。日本画家・志村正氏が描いた「春の草花図（牡丹）」など、絢爛豪華な桃山絵画を思わせる金箔襖に注目だ。また、秀吉が愛用したと伝わる「鳥獣文様陣羽織」（複製）などの特別展示も行われるので、歴史と美術が楽しめるこの機会に訪れてみて。
