2025年6月5日（木）［梅小路公園］内に［Botanical Restaurant BOTANIQ KAJIYA］（京都府京都市下京区）がグランドオープンする。池泉回遊式庭園『朱雀の庭』に面した自然溢れるロケーションで、旬の京野菜や自家牛舎で肥育した黒毛和牛・梶屋牛を使用した料理が楽しめる。また、貸切パーティープランや［梅小路公園］内でピクニックが楽しめるテイクアウトメニューも充実。

梶屋牛チーズバーガー SPECIAL SET 2300円。SPECIAL SETはデザートとドリンクが付くSPECIAL SET Aと京野菜サラダ、デリ2種、日替りスープが付くSTANDARD SET Bの2種類
