2025年5月7日（水）〜9月30日（火）の期間、［フォションホテル京都］に「SPRING VALLEY BREWERY」のクラフトビールが飲み比べできるビアガーデンプランが登場。
会場はホテル最上階に佇む［ルバーフォション］。京都の街並みを見下ろす屋内空間で、フレンチの技法を活かした前菜とビールのペアリングが楽しめる。メインディッシュ付きのプランもあるので、気分に合わせて料理をカスタマイズできるのも魅力。五感で味わう夏のひとときを楽しんでみて。
