The event was planned with the hope that people could enjoy a relaxing weekend with family and friends at the end of a busy week. The chef has carefully selected ingredients such as pork ribs and chicken grilled on a charcoal grill by Weber, the top brand of BBQ grills in the U.S., and vegetables grown in the sun.

For drinks, Brooklyn Lager, an authentic American craft beer with a refreshing taste and a gorgeous hop aroma by Brooklyn Brewery, will be on tap. In addition, cocktails and mocktails perfect for summer that can be enjoyed only at BBQ Terrace are also on standby.

The man behind this BBQ is British chef Ian Tozer. He has been working in Japan for more than 25 years, and is involved in creating meals that maintain health and active lifestyles on a daily basis.

Summer BBQ Terrace will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from Friday, July 1 to the end of August. Bone-in pork, chicken, sausages, and vegetables are cooked on a BBQ grill in a bold and juicy manner.
