Salon du Chocolat 2021" will open again this year at JR Kyoto Isetan, with the theme of "Connection is the Beginning" for the 16th edition. About 80 brands will be gathered, including the "Salon du Chocolat Selection" featuring chocolatiers from around the world, and Naomi Mizuno's brand [Naomi Mizuno x Yogashi Mountain], winner of the "World Masters 2007" competition in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, who continues to create sophisticated sweets.
