［The Digital Star Dome Hotaru, located in the Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel, shows three to four programs each month. In addition to programs that can be enjoyed by both adults and children, the irregularly held planetarium shows by the star brothers are also noteworthy, as they provide explanations of the constellations that are sure to draw big laughs. Be sure to experience the powerful sound and starry sky provided by Media Globe Sigma's video system.

The planetarium at the Otsu Science Museum reopened in 2012. Visitors can enjoy beautiful fulldome surround images created by a digital planetarium projector. There are original programs such as "Constellation Tales" produced by Seian University of Art and Design, and special programs featuring popular animations, as well as live commentary by staff on the "starry sky and constellations of the day. Enjoy a variety of starry skies.
