The large, thick, firm copper mold produces a crispy outer crust and a chewy inner crust, giving the canele its unique flavor. A total of six types of canele are freshly baked every day, so be sure to try both the regular and flavored canele.

Freshly ground coffee with a well-balanced flavor goes well with canele, and a latte menu with espresso is also recommended.

There is seating not only on the first floor, but also on the second floor, so you can relax and there are power outlets. It is also recommended to eat outside during the fall and spring seasons.
