2025年7月31日（木）・8月1日（金）の2日間、［西本願寺］（京都府京都市下京区）で『第37回本願寺納涼盆踊り』が開催される。京都随一の規模を誇る盆踊りイベントで、余興ステージや太鼓演奏の体験など、大人から子どもまで楽しめる企画が盛りだくさん。また期間中は約40店舗のキッチンカーが北境内地に並ぶ「本願寺グルメストリート」も登場し、屋台グルメが満喫できるのも魅力。入場無料で誰でも気軽に参加できるので、京都の夏らしい一夜を過ごしにふらりと立ち寄ってみて。
