2025年9月5日（金）・6日（土）の2日間、世界10ヶ国以上に展開しているラグジュアリー日本酒ブランド「HEAVENSAKE」と、2011年から7年連続ミシュランひとつ星を獲得している［京料理 直心房 さいき］（京都府京都市東山区）のペアリングイベントが開催される。「HEAVENSAKE」は、シャンパーニュ界のレジェンドと言われているレジス・カミュ氏が、日本の名だたる酒蔵とともに手掛けた日本酒で、海外でも高い評価を受けている。今回は、「アズール」「オレンジ」「ノワール」の3本が、季節の料理6品とごはんもの、デザートに合わせて登場。上質な空間で京料理と日本酒のマリアージュを堪能できるまたとない機会だ。美味しい出合いを楽しみに参加してみては。
