京都の酒蔵3蔵の垣根を超えた「アッサンブラージュ」によって誕生した Assemblage Club01 CODE NAME：Taro'。アッサンブラージュとは混ぜ合わせを意味するフランス語で、ワインやシャンパーニュ造りの過程で伝統的に行われるブレンド技法のこと。京都の酒蔵3蔵の日本酒をアッサンブラージュ（ブレンド）することで“甘”“辛”二層が混ざり合い、より奥深い味わいに。さっぱりとした⽢味が⼝の中を潤し、隠し味で加えた熟成古酒が味わいの輪郭をキリッと引き締め、力強い米のうま味が押し寄せる。フルーティーでありながら香りは少し控えめで、お肉などのメインディッシュに合わせたい1本。
