A long-established Nishijin bakery celebrating its 100th anniversary. Run by the third-generation owner, the bakery offers traditional favorites—such as its famous curry bread and melon bread filled with white bean paste—as well as innovative creations, including the use of Fushimi sake yeast in the fermentation process for its white bread and sweet breads, a practice introduced a few years ago.
