From Wednesday, September 9, 2026, through Monday, September 14, 2026, the “Italy Exhibition 2026” will be held at [JR Kyoto Isetan] (Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture).
From pizzas featuring a fusion of Japanese ingredients like Kujo green onions and Kyoto eggplant to pasta from popular Kyoto Italian restaurants and gelato with a slightly sophisticated flavor enhanced by sansho pepper, the venue offers a wide selection of gourmet food to enjoy right there. In addition, you’ll find approximately 130 distinctive Italian wine labels to brighten up your time at home, along with deli items and cheeses that pair perfectly with them. Don’t miss the heart-fluttering dolci, including traditional sweets and chocolates that showcase the unique characteristics of each region.
The lineup also includes crafts that showcase the beauty of artisanal work—such as pottery and glass accessories made using traditional techniques—so come experience the rich Italian lifestyle and culture at the venue.
