The “Kyoto Bread Festival at Kamigamo Shrine” will be held over two days, Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026, at [Kamowakura Shrine (Kamigamo Shrine)] (Kita Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture).
The event will feature 22 vendors from various regions—primarily hotels and bakeries—including Kyoto. Two partner companies will also participate, selling their signature breads, coffees, and other items.
For this 10th anniversary event, the hours have been extended by one hour compared to previous years so that visitors can enjoy the festival at a more leisurely pace. Held in Kyoto—known as the “City of Bread”—this is a perfect opportunity to sample a wide variety of flavors all at once.
