A new store by [ISHIYA], the maker of Hokkaido’s popular confection “Shiroi Koibito,”—[ISHIYA G (Ishiya G) Daimaru Kyoto Store] (Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture)—will open on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
[ISHIYA G] is a gift-oriented sweets brand from [ISHIYA]. In-store, you’ll find a wide selection of products perfect for both home enjoyment and as souvenirs, including the flagship “Saku Langue de Chat” and assorted baked goods. Additionally, the store-exclusive “Aigato (Premium Matcha),” created in collaboration with Shinsuke Kimura—a matcha chocolatier originally from Hokkaido who is now based in Kyoto—will also be available.
