A refreshing afternoon tea featuring two types of fruit, served in separate seasons, is now available. For the second half of the season, this version highlights Shine Muscat grapes, which are generously incorporated into both the sweets and savory items. Among the highlights is a parfait shaped like a droplet, made with “Sennen-mizu”—high-quality groundwater drawn from the hotel’s well—which offers a jiggly texture and a refreshingly cool flavor perfect for this season. The drinks also showcase meticulous attention to detail, such as black tea extracted over 20 hours using a special technique.
